Accreditation

All CCTP Practitioners are required to submit an application for recertification every three years. Each candidate must demonstrate significant and measurable contribution to the security industry in order to maintain their CCTP Certification.

CCTP award is a professional UK accredited Level 4 credential by the UK National Awarding Organisation, NCFE to Level 4 standard Qualification

*NCFE is a national, educational awarding organisation that designs, develops, and certificates nationally recognised qualifications and awards – as well as accrediting customised qualifications developed by third parties and private training institutions. It is a registered educational charity that has been passionately dedicated to learning for over 150 years.

 

The CCTP certification program has been thoroughly devised to be in compliance with the International Standards Organization (ISO) 17024 standard for certifying the competence of personnel ISO/IEC 17024:2012, as the highest standard in personnel certification accreditation.
 
This International Standard organization (ISO) has been developed with the objective of achieving and promoting a globally accepted benchmark for organizations operating certification of persons. Certification for persons is one means of providing assurance that the certified person meets the requirements of the certification scheme [program]. Confidence in the respective certification schemes for persons is achieved by means of a globally accepted process of assessment and periodic re-assessments of the competence of certified persons.
